What size should I order?

It is very important you check our size chart for best fit. As it is a fitted garment, you will need to know which size is accurate for your shape. Our size guide is located under Customer Care. Here at & Saunter, we don't think size should matter & we are constantly looking at ways to improves comfort and fit. Alternatively, feel free to contact us directly if this doesn't answer your questions and we can offer further advice on fit at info@andsaunter.com

Items bought with a coupon or during sale period are a final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

 

How long will it take for my order to be made?

All of our items are limited edition and made in small batches, please allow up to 1-2 business working days for dispatch, plus the days it will take for your item to be shipped. (Please check information under 'Do & Saunter ship worldwide?' for guidelines). If the items have sold out, please enter your email in on the product page to let us know your interest. If an item is in demand, we will consider manufacturing some more.

 

What payment does & Saunter accept?

We accept payments via PayPal and card payments using Stripe. We know also offer Klarna which means you can pay in 3 manageable segments over the period of 3 months.

 

How long does it take for International payments to be received?

It can 5-7 working days for international payments to be received, but usually, we do receive them within one working day. (We are currently based in the UK)

 

Do Salt and Saunter ship worldwide?

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping with our courier DHL. This will come at a higher cost than UK delivery so please check delivery costs. We use the Royal Mail for the United Kingdom - 1st Signed service. For international we use DHL express.

UK parcels will always be sent signed for safety purposes, you must be in to sign for your parcel so please be aware when adding shipping information.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that you will receive your package within the time frame expected. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch (make sure you watch out for that dispatch email). & Saunter does not hold responsibility for damaged, lost or stolen packages.

Please note, As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these may be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. We also cannot be held responsible for the delay of any packages due to being held by customs. & Saunter will not be held liable for any fees or taxes you may incur or if your product is seized by customs. We advise that you are familiar with your package destination’s import duty, customs and local sales taxes, as well as its rules and regulations for importing foreign goods and products. If a delivery attempt has been made and the item was not collected and has been returned to us, you will be required to pay the re-delivery fee and the duty tax for re-import of the swimwear. If the duty tax is more than the value of the swimwear, we will abandon the package.

Due to strict customs out of our control, please allow at least 14 days delivery.

 

Do I pay for customs charges?

Returns Policy

We hope that you are over the moon with your order, but if not, don't panic! Send us an email at returns@andsaunter.com and we can provide you with support and a return address. (Please note we cannot refund initial shipping charges or the return postage). All goods must be in their original condition (Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way) and swimwear garments must have gusset stickers securely in place.  Unworn items must be returned in original & Saunter Swim bag and the item/s must be sent back within 14 days of delivery date.

We unfortunately at this time do not offer pre-paid returns labels.

Every product we send out is quality controlled, however, in the unlikely event of a faulty item, please contact us via email so we can start the refund process. If the package does not reach us safely, we will not be able to complete the refund/exchange, so it is recommended to use a tracked method to ensure your package is returned.

PLEASE NOTE - If you have purchased during discount periods or sale or used a promotional code, they are final sale and refunds or exchanges cannot be accepted.

 

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this current time, refunds only.

 

How Long will it take for my refund to be processed?

Please allow at least 14 working days from the day we receive your return for your refund to be credited back into your account.
